For event hosting at LaBelle Equestrian events, items such as tables, chairs, plates, glasses, and cutlery can be rented from an approved Party Rental facility. Additionally, food and catering vendors need to be authorized by LaBelle Equestrian, along with musical entertainment. It is essential that all vendors are bonded.
Note: All Guests must sign a liability waiver acknowledging that LaBelle Equestrian, as a premier wedding venue, is a working Equestrian Center. All events onsite, including LaBelle Equestrian events like weddings, are recognized as Agritourism 'Equine Activities' and are protected under Chapter 99e of the North Carolina General Statutes. Under North Carolina law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting exclusively from the inherent risks of these activities.
